CANOE's restaurant food philosophy is simple. We showcase local farmers and our changing menu stresses seasonal organics, the finest cuts of meat and wild seafood. Our food runs the scope from pure comfort to globally inspired cuisine. We pay homage to the classics such as a really great burger with hand-cut fries, but we also understand that personal taste, lifestyle and dietary restrictions need to be reflected in our menu. To this end, Canoe’s chefs have taken care and consideration with the menu so as to offer every discerning palate an opportunity to sample our great cuisine.
