Back by popular demand! For this event, we will book an “open” table in the Brewpub for 4 nights, with only 20 seats available each night!
Join us for an EXCLUSIVE Long Table event entrée created by Executive Chef Ian Dufton, paired with a glass of our handcrafted Canoe beer
Dinner will begin at 7pm with a warm welcome from a Canoe manager and a description of the Canoe Beer that is paired with your meal. A complimentary brew tour is also available for all long table guests.
All for just $15 per person! (Not including tax and gratuity)

(December 06th) Pork & Beans - Quist Farms pork belly & house baked cannellini beans cassoulet, braising greens, Fol Epi garlic bread, soft poached egg; Paired beer, River Rock Bitter
(December 07th) Crispy Buttermilk Cajun Chicken - Cowichan Bay Farms chicken, local collard greens, potato scone, house gravy; Paired beer, Siren's Song Pale Ale
(December 08th) Steak & Eggs - Seared Quist Farms flank steak, buffalo frites, Little Qualicum Blue Clair hollandaise, fried quails egg; Paired beer, Beaver Brown Ale
(December 09th) Porcini Gnocchi & Choux Choux Chorizo Ragout - Creamed leeks, smoked black cod, local manila clams, and oven dried cherry tomatoes; Paired beer, Red Canoe Lager
